Gastroenteritis Outbreak

We currently have an outbreak of gastroenteritis in 3 of the 4 living environments. We, therefore, ask visitors to limit their presence in the establishment for a few days.

Staff Situation Regarding The Care Provided To Residents

We are absolutely not in the same situation as the CHSLDs of the Arbec Health Group. The transfer of resident to emergency room due to lack of staff is not a solution that could be considered and even less implemented.

Changes Regarding Visiting Rules

In line with government guidelines, as of today, visitors can now have access to the common areas. A maximum of ten (10) people is permitted by the government but given the physical layout of the Château.

COVID-19 Outbreak / Situation As Of January 20th 2022

The week went well. In the latest tests done, no new positive cases have been revealed. Only 2 people remain in isolation, and both are asymptomatic and are expected to complete their isolation next week.
