First, the good news is that we only have 5 cases among our residents on the 3rd floor.

We have a total of 5 employees who have tested positive. All affected people (residents and employees) are doing well.

We have our prevention protocol in place, and we are escalating the measures.

After testing all the contact” employees, we are currently screening residents on the 2^nd, 4^th, and 5^th floors.

The remaining employees will then be screened.

When we have a more comprehensive picture of the contamination, we will start cohorting the positive residents together. We are lucky to have only private rooms in our institution.
