In cases where the kinesiologist’s direct intervention may not be warranted, but the client’s ability to transfer and to walk exists, we have in place the Walking Program under the kinesiologist’s oversight but executed by the nursing staff on the individual units.
The recreation and activity department also schedules regular physical activities every week.
